Son's Home Estate Sale.
Our son passed away and we needed to sell his condo. We have known Kimberly for many years from our relationship in Toastmasters. We got the home prepared with new carpet and bathroom tile. She had it staged and it went on market. Had two showings the first day and one contract. She helped with the conditions and it closed. I am a pushy person and she handled me well. Excellent Customer Service and Expert Knowledge.
I really enjoyed my experience working with Kimberly Jones. She kept in touch over the years when I was undecided as to when I was going to put my house on the market. Literally five years later when I put my home on the market, she was there to give me advice on what I needed to do to make the house ready for sale.
She was there to help provide moral support when I got overwhelming trying to get rid of 25 years of stuff in the house. She even pitched in to help take some stuff out of the house. Without her support I don't know if I would have been able to prepare the house in time.
Without her, I would not have been able to get the house on the market. Thanks to her advice, I was able to some improvements on the house and increased the asking price.
